Could someone explain to me, why is important to have security in database? Why developers and organizations need to follow Data Protection Act? In addition, how can be database protected?

deleted by some one or it may voluntarily some one try to delete..
it should be protected by the admin…they have to maintain passwords
and they have different level of security..
