What is a place where I can learn How To Develop Iphone Applications and learn to write code?

The only practical way is to use Apple’s iPhone SDK (Software Development Kit). The kit is free. Apple’s page about this stuff is great. Watch some of the videos, they’re very helpful. Read everything here.
